Cuvée of 60% robust Grüner Veltliner and 40% Chardonnay Barrique

Our Grand Cuvée “IPSPLOSION” is our most powerful white wine blend from our house. It embodies the strength of the white wines from our estate in a legendary Bordeaux IMPERIALE bottle. The base is a GV late harvest and Chardonnay Barrique, which, through their full ripeness, are reflected in this wine’s 13% alcohol content. Here, the two grape varieties harmonize and complement each other with pronounced aromatic notes on the nose and a complex, layered fruit experience on the palate. The fruit length creates a long, harmonious finish, which, through subtle use of oak, meets all expectations.

DIAM, medium golden yellow, green reflections, delicate edge lightening. Fine woody spice, subtle pepper with Burgundian nuances, herbal and vegetal notes. On the palate, body and length with a melting finish.
