shipping & delivery

The shipping of the wines is done by Österreichische Post AG. The shipping costs are shown exactly in the order process and displayed in the shopping cart and added to the final amount. If the ordered goods are currently not available, the registered customer will be notified immediately by telephone or in writing. If delivery to the purchaser is not possible because the purchaser is not found to deliver the package at the place specified by him, Post AG will leave a parcel label as to when the parcel should be redelivered. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to the winery IPSMILLER.

As a recognized method of payment PayPal and invoice with payment within 14 days by bank transfer is possible.
